Europe Day is a day of European peace and unity traditionally celebrated on 9 May the anniversary of the Schuman Declaration. The European Union Pavilion, in cooperation with the EU Member States, at EXPO 2025 Osaka will organise a series of cultural events to mark the 75th anniversary of the Schuman Declaration.
Part of the celebrations will include the collection of specially designed stamps from the Member States in the EU EXPO Passport, to encourage visitors to explore the diversity of Europe by visiting the Member States’ pavilions, with music, performances, gastronomy and cultural exchange.
The EU Film Day will showcast the short animated film Butterfly by Sunčana Brkulj.
